I hate the thought of a big gym with wall to wall mirrors and gym bunnies flexing their muscles.....this is the complete opposite it is a small but well stocked gym with a very personable trainer/owner who makes you feel at ease and helps you achieve your goals at your pace.

I started the week by attending boot camp...loved it! Tough going but fun, infact I felt so comfortable that I have signed up for a monthly membership.
I love the fact that I'm there is no pressure financially as there is no contract, 
(when your self employed you never know what the next month brings)
