Lets get outside and have some fun whilst getting fit.
In groups of up to 10, we work you hard with a mix of running, skipping, log runs, tyre flips, battling ropes, weighted sledges and more.
Every week is different. Every session is tough. But you’ll love it.

POWERHOUR


8.30pm Tuesday
8.30pm Thursday
Power hour is a mix of programmed group weightlifting.
Sessions are varied and use techniques from power lifting, olympic lifting, strongman, and body building. 
Train with similar people all supporting each other towards the same goal. Move well, feel well, get strong.
